Cancellation Policy

The Empower Home Solutions Cancellation Policy:

Organizational Services - Project Day Cancellations made 4 calendar days in advance will not incur fees, and the project deposit can be applied to the future project date. Project Day Cancellations made within 1-3 calendar days of scheduled project will incur an additional $75 non-refundable cancellation fee.

Home Assistant Services - Cancellations made 48hrs in advance of scheduled services will not incur fees. Our team may or may not be able to reschedule services before the next scheduled session - this depends on our EHS Team calendar but we will try our best to reschedule before your next scheduled session if possible! Cancellations made within 48hrs of scheduled services will incur an additional non-refundable $25 cancellation fee.

When it comes to organizational services, the EHS Team has experience with all areas of the home including kitchens, offices, bedrooms, closets, under the sink, bathrooms, basements, garages, children's rooms, pantries, and storage rooms. Clients need to be present during the decluttering process to verify which items should be kept, and which should be donated. The rest of the organizational process can be completely hands-off, or you can be present with us each step of the way - whatever makes you most comfortable!
